WHOOOHOO!!!   last time I checked their site was down so hopefully they are out of business!!!

 Wright machine

At beginning of summer I packed the part and sent it off. when they received it I got a call from them confirming what needed to be done, cost, and price they said it would be a few weeks to a month. A month goes by and I call up asking about the job and they told me its been really busy and its not even started yet....... it will be a couple more weeks. DAMN good riding time is going down the drain. I let the few weeks pass then I call back and they don't answer the phone. I call lots of times for a few days leaving messages. and now the email links on their web site also don't work.

WTF I figured they went out of business and I'll never get my parts back. So I started researching my options. Pulled up the admin contact from a whois database that gave me a street address 525 Ash St a personal email and some other stuff.  From there I searched for people with that same last name in the town and found a few things like a close name with the same street address with another business in the same town. I left a message with some Wright electric company or something asking about Wright machine but they didn't call back. About a week or two after that they call me and say its all done ready to ship back and ill have it in a few days then they bill my credit card. Turns out that was a lie and  another week goes by and I haven't received the part. Again I call them and no answer for a few weeks.

I'm really pissed at this point. I've been billed  $400, they have the parts and its been almost four months. So I'm ready to kick it up a notch. I started thinking about how to get it back. 1. local police  2. BBB  3. Mail fraud 4. Credit fraud 5. drive there (7 hours ouch ) . I started with my credit card company filing for charge back. Then I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. and finally a mail fraud case with the US postal service. Another couple weeks goes by and a letter from the BBB comes in. They went out to the business and talked with someone and he is going to return the parts. Great but I've heard that before. They finally call me and apologize for the aggravation and this time I have a FedEx tracking number and tracked the shipment on the web. Well I finally get the parts back and they look great. But if I had it to do over I wouldn't risk it.

About a month after the topend comes back the postal service sends me a letter asking if I still want the case open.
